Where do you currently ship?
Great news! Our shipping has updated and we now offer International shipping as well as Domestic! Click on "Shipping" in the menu above to see the details about this update.
What is your processing time right now for an order?
Items listed are "ready to ship" unless otherwise stated in the description. Processing time from order, packaging, to delivery at our post office is 7-14 business days (excludes Sundays and any postal holidays).
However, we will ship sooner if possible!
What kinds of materials do you use and what happens if I get an allergic reaction?
Please read our "Care & Cleaning" guide found on the Homepage regarding materials, care and cleaning, as well as allergic reactions.
What if I need my order to ship sooner than 7-14 business days?
If you need your order to ship sooner you can choose to "Rush Order" by adding this upgrade to your cart. This will place your order first and will be packaged and delivered to the post office within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and postal holidays).
Do note this will only speed up the processing time on our end. Shipping time with USPS is not in our control.
What if my order is a gift, or has a gift item(s)?
If your order contains a gift(s), you can also choose to take advantage of our "Gift Wrapping Service" and your designated gift item(s) will come ready to give to your loved one(s) right out of the package! Items will be placed within a black jewelry box and embellished with white ribbon and wax seal.
Price of our gift wrapping service is per gift item so please add this service accordingly in your cart. Also make sure to leave a note for us during checkout regarding which items are your designated gifts.
Can I adjust my order or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed Madame Maille does not process adjustments to orders based on:
- mistaken item quantities in cart
- forgetting to include a discount code
- retroactively adding a discount code
Please make sure to confirm and verify the items and their quantity in your cart, whether or not there are any discounts you can apply, AND that your shipping address is correct.
If there is an error with your shipping address please contact info@madamemaille.com to correct or cancel your order.
Once an order has received shipping confirmation it cannot be corrected or cancelled.
What is your return policy?
Madame Maille does not process or accept returns.
What is your refund policy?
Madame Maille can only issue a refund if the order in question has NOT been given a shipping confirmation yet and is still being processed.
Once the order has shipped the sale is considered final and will not be eligible for refunding.
What happens if my package is lost in transit or damaged when it arrives?
Madame Maille is not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages. However, you should file a claim with the post office and then send us confirmation of your claim for our records. Often times, the post office will be able to reimburse the order value if the package is in fact lost, stolen, or damaged.
What if my package is delayed in transit?
Madame Maille is not responsible for any errors or shipping delays on the part of any given carrier once your package is delivered to our post office.
Keep in mind, due to the global pandemic shipping time may be longer than usual.
